摘要

目的:探讨多探测器计算机断层扫描(MDCT)测量上颌骨和下颌骨骨密度(BMD)用于种植牙的可行性。材料和方法:2015年7月至2017年6月,我们对141例患者(女性78例,男性63例)在腰椎和上颌和下颌骨进行MDCT检查,目的是种植牙。采用MDCT进行定量CT (QCT),获得上颌骨和下颌骨的Hounsfield单位(HU)值,并获得腰椎的T评分。我们统计分析了HU值之间的关系,以及QCT值与T评分、T评分与HU值的相关性。结果:各参数间的相关性有统计学意义。结论:利用上颌、下颌骨MDCT进行QCT测量是种植前测量骨密度的一种可行方法。
