摘要

目的:探讨子痫前期(PE)妇女血清apelin和galectin-3水平与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法:测定60例PE妇女和30例正常妊娠妇女血清apelin、半乳糖凝集素-3和胰岛素水平。结果:PE组apelin水平明显低于对照组，galectin-3水平明显高于对照组。PE组表现为血脂异常，β细胞功能高于对照组。半乳糖凝集素-3水平与胰岛素、葡萄糖和IR相关。高半乳糖凝集素-3也与血脂异常呈正相关。结论:在PE中，半乳糖凝集素-3可能参与了IR和血脂异常的有害影响。
