Body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, and other outcomes were compared at baseline and 3 and 6 months using analysis of covariance.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Incorporating a sleep intervention into lifestyle changes proved feasible and acceptable to midlife women at risk for type 2 diabetes. Significant decreases in BMI and waist circumference over time were observed in both groups, but comparative efficacy of L+Sleep versus L-alone yielded few group differences.
