摘要

目的:探讨护士人格特质与价值观管理观、组织公平感、离职倾向的关系。设计与方法:本研究为描述性研究。采用人口统计学问卷、大五人格量表、组织公平感量表、价值观管理量表和离职意向量表收集数据。结果:数据分析未发现护士人格特质与价值观管理观念、组织公平感和离职倾向之间存在任何关系。然而,回归分析结果表明,价值观管理观念对护士的组织公正观念有正向影响。实践启示:通过提高护士对价值观管理的认识,可以提高护士对组织公正的认识,降低护士的离职倾向。
