摘要

结果:共随访60例患者。II组的3例患者因接受全膝关节置换术(TKA)而被从分析中剔除。ABMDC组VAS和MKSSSF评分均有显著改善(P < 0.0001)。对照组继续对他们所接受的治疗不满意。结论:单次注射500万ABMDC可有效减轻症状,改善功能评分,改善生活质量。
