摘要

本研究旨在验证载动脉复合线圈保护在治疗宽颈、侧支和破裂动脉瘤中的有效性。首先将一根微导管置入动脉瘤囊内,另一根微导管置入母动脉或分支动脉口附近。从第一根微导管部分部署框架线圈,从第二根微导管部署保护线圈,以防止第一根框架线圈向母动脉和侧分支突出。在插入第一个框架线圈后,取出保护线圈,以确认框架线圈和血流的稳定性。该方法成功治疗了3例患者。母动脉复合线圈保护是一种有效、安全的保护母动脉和侧支动脉的线圈栓塞技术,也是紧急破裂病例的一种替代方法。
