摘要

糖尿病(DM)患者的心力衰竭(HF)患病率高于非糖尿病患者。大约40%的心衰患者合并糖尿病,其预后比无糖尿病患者差。内皮功能障碍、肾功能障碍、肥胖和心肌能量受损引起的心肌缺血是DM-HF的病理生理机制。此外,由于胰岛素抵抗等多种机制,心衰患者发生糖尿病的风险增加。现就DM-HF的流行病学、发病机制及治疗策略作一综述。
