导管相关性尿路感染是烧伤患者常见的医院感染之一。它不仅延长了患者的住院时间，增加了家庭和社会的经济负担，而且严重影响了患者的预后和生活质量，增加了患者的死亡风险。本文综述了烧伤患者CAUTI的流行病学特点、影响因素及预防措施，以引起临床医务人员的高度重视，为临床实践提供参考。

Catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CAUTI) is one of the common nosocomial infections in burn patients. It not only extends the length of hospital stay of patients, increases the economic burden on family and society, but also seriously affects the prognosis and quality of life of patients, increases the risk of death of patients.
