摘要

传统的牙周再生手术对患有严重牙周炎相关牙槽骨缺损的牙齿效果有限。本文报告一例下颌第一磨牙远端严重骨缺损的再生治疗。治疗包括应用3D打印、先进/可注射的富含血小板的纤维蛋白和引导组织再生技术。术后牙周临床指标明显改善,牙槽骨重建良好。
