摘要：被诊断为胃腺癌的患者可能会发生肝转移或腹膜癌，但肌肉转移的情况极为罕见，很少有病例报告。我们介绍一位44岁的女性患者，她的左上肢有一个疼痛的肿瘤。一年前，她因胃腺癌接受了手术和化疗。通过影像学检查和活检，她被诊断为胃腺癌的单一肌肉转移，并接受了手术切除。

Metástasis muscular de adenocarcinoma gástrico: A propósito de un caso y revisión de la literatura

ABSTRACT: Patients diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma may develop liver metastases or peritoneal carcinomatosis, but the presence of muscle metastases is extremely rare, with very few cases reported.
