Furthermore, the psychological support, role model characteristics and career development guidance affect the expatriate voice behaviour through the mediation of job security.Originality/valueFew studies have focussed on the influence of expatriate mentoring functions and job security on expatriate voice. Furthermore, whether the mentoring function affects the job security of expatriates is unknown. 目的探讨师徒职能对跨国企业外派员工声音的影响,以及工作保障是否在这种关系中起中介作用。设计/方法/方法本研究共发放问卷300份。在收到的173份问卷中,剔除了8份无效问卷,分析了165份有效问卷。问卷有效回收率为55.00%。结果表明,导师提供的心理社会支持功能、角色塑造功能和职业发展功能越强,外籍员工的建言行为越多。此外,心理支持、角色榜样特征和职业发展指导通过工作保障的中介作用影响外派人员建言。原创性/价值很少有研究关注外派人员指导功能和工作保障对外派人员声音的影响。此外,师徒功能是否会影响外派人员的工作安全感尚不清楚。本研究的目的是填补这一空白的文献。
