The results also proved that the green organizational behavior exerted a positive effect on entrepreneurial success. In addition, the green organizational behavior exhibited a moderating effect on the nature of relationship between environmental leadership and entrepreneurial success. Thus, it can be inferred that this outcome contributes towards the improvement of giving importance to environmental behaviors which a leader should adopt. 摘要

本研究通过对伊拉克南方水泥总公司874名员工的意见调查,旨在提高员工对绿色组织行为对环境领导与创业成功关系的调节作用的理解。研究结果支持了企业家成功受到领导者所采取的各种环境行为的积极影响的假设。结果还表明,绿色组织行为对创业成功具有正向影响。此外,绿色组织行为对环境领导与创业成功的关系具有调节作用。因此,可以推断,这一结果有助于提高对领导者应该采取的环境行为的重视程度。该研究总结了各种见解,这些见解可以产生巨大的影响,并为可持续的未来铺平道路,涉及变量之间关系的性质。
