This used cooking oil processing equipment consists of a holding tank, a flow rate control device, a flow rate reader, an adsorption column containing cotton, activated charcoal, and zeolite. Then, the performance of the tool was tested. Based on the research that has been done, used cooking oil which was initially reddish brown and smelled rancid after being processed, the color changed to brownish yellow and the smell was slightly rancid. 摘要

用过的食用油是经过反复煎炸得到的油,不宜食用。此外,用过的食用油如果直接排放到环境中也会造成环境污染。为解决这一问题,研制了一种流量自动化的废油净化装置。本研究旨在提高废食用油的净化工艺效率。该二手食用油处理设备由储液罐、流量控制装置、流量读取器、含棉、活性炭、沸石的吸附柱组成。然后,对该工具的性能进行了测试。根据已有的研究,用过的食用油经过加工后,最初是红棕色的,有腐臭味,颜色变成棕黄色,有轻微的腐臭味。因此,可以得出结论,流量自动化的废食用油净化设备对废食用油净化是有效的。
