The results showed that Organizational Culture, Learning Organization, and Organizational Commitment had a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Culture and Learning Organization had a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment. 摘要

本研究旨在了解基于组织文化的组织公民行为模型是如何受到学习型组织和组织承诺的中介作用的。本研究中的样本量是根据所使用的分析模型定制的,即利用最大似然估计(MLE)估计模型的结构方程建模需要100-200个样本。因此,这项研究的样本量是北苏门答腊私立大学的200名常任讲师。数据分析方法采用结构方程建模。结果表明,组织文化、学习型组织和组织承诺对组织公民行为有显著的正向影响。组织文化和学习型组织对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。学习型组织正向中介组织文化对组织公民行为的影响,而组织承诺则中介组织文化的组织公民行为。
