Una propuesta para lograr la acreditación en enfermería

La evaluacion es una actividad que todas las personas realizan constantemente para juzgar si algo esta adecuado o inadecuado, satisfactorio o insatisfactorio, bueno o malo. Esta puede convertirse en un componente natural de la formacion e interaccion del grupo, un ejercicio indispensable que permite a una organizacion conocerse continuamente y actuar de una manera informada. Para enfermeria este aspecto del proceso administrativo es aplicable y vital para mejorar y mostrar el alcance que tienen o pueden alcanzar los servicios de enfermeria. El presente articulo retorna elementos teoricos y practicos existentes en el medio sobre la evaluacion y plantea finalmente los aspectos claves en los cuales enfermeria debe enfatizar para lograr la acreditacion.
