当前位置一位年轻女士，患干燥综合征，因低钾性弛缓性麻痹需要呼吸支持而来到我院。经检查，发现有严重的低钾血症和代谢性酸中毒。住院期间，患者有严重的持续性腕掌痉挛，但钙离子正常。进一步评估后，发现有低镁血症的证据。她的低镁血症纠正后痉挛得到改善。本病例报告说明低镁血症在住院患者神经系统异常中的作用。
