摘要

目的:本研究的主要目的是确定影响护理专业学生以人为中心的护理能力的因素。方法:本研究在韩国D市和J市的两所大学进行。参与者是130名具有至少3个月临床实践经验的高级护理专业学生。数据收集于2019年9月7日至10日,采用结构化问卷,并使用SPSS/WIN 23.0进行分层多元回归分析。结果:影响以人为中心的护理能力的因素是同情能力(β=0.49,p<.001),该变量的解释力为30%(F=10.98,p<0.001)。结论:根据本研究的结果,护理学院需要制定课程和学习内容,以提高学习者的同情心,从而提高以人为中心的护理能力。
