X-rays were used to examine the surface structures, which shows that heat treatment made a gradual crystallization of the deposits to the anatase form meanwhile the non-heated deposits present amorphous phase. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) permit to investigate the morphological aspect of the deposits, which display a good adherence and a nanoparticulate grain size. The UV-Visible spectroscopic investigation technique reveals the better transparency aspect of the annealed films than the non-heated deposits. 摘要
