Separation and purification of the dichloromethane fraction to obtain isolation was carried out by column chromatography. The isolate showed 96.1% antifeedant activity at a concentration of 6 ppm. 摘要

大如菊(Acanthus ilicifolius Linn)含有黄酮类、萜类、类固醇、皂苷、生物碱和单宁,可作为拒食化合物。本研究的目的是鉴定大如菊叶中的活性化合物对茄子叶甲的拒食作用。对甲醇提取物、分配组分和分离物进行了拒食活性试验。本研究通过用甲醇浸渍大如菊叶粉(1000g)开始,得到130.3g的甲醇提取物。然后通过分配分离甲醇提取物,得到正己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和甲醇部分。对茄叶甲(Epilachna sparsa)的抗药性试验表明,浓度为6ppm的二氯甲烷组分与其他组分相比具有最好的活性,活性为90.62%。该分离物在6ppm浓度下表现出96.1%的拒食活性。经1H-NMR波谱分析,分离物为对羟基-2-乙基己基苯甲醛。
