It has been shown that autophagy is related to the pathogenesis of various diseases. The autophagic flux is a process from the formation of the barrier membrane to the autolysis of the lysosome to complete the hydrolysis function, which is a complete, multistep and dynamic autophagy process. Therefore, autophagic flux can be used as a measure of autophagy level, and qualitative and quantitative detection of autophagic flux can be achieved by combining experimental methods of dynamic and static. It can reflect the level of autophagy more accurately and objectively. 摘要

自噬是生物医学领域的研究热点之一。研究表明,自噬与多种疾病的发病机制有关。自噬通量是从屏障膜形成到溶酶体自解完成水解功能的过程,是一个完整的、多步骤的、动态的自噬过程。因此,自噬通量可以作为自噬水平的衡量指标,通过动态和静态相结合的实验方法,可以实现自噬通量的定性和定量检测。能更准确、客观地反映自噬水平。本文拟对自噬的检测进行简要介绍,重点介绍自噬通量的各种检测方法,以期为广大相关研究者提供技术支持。关键词:自噬;临床检验技术;电子显微镜;荧光显微镜;生物标志物;质粒;自噬流量
