The Lactation staff of the Pediatric Unit of the Department of Translational Medical Science at the University Hospital Federico II of Naples has prepared a self-control plan adhering to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system and the practices of food safety and good manufacturing.
