The outcomes display that decision making acts as an important predictor to moral behavior and organizational commitment. 摘要

在工业革命初期的今天,伦理领导已经成为实现组织目标和成功的重要组织战略和目标。本研究的目的是通过领导者的决策和强化实践,探讨道德领导力对员工组织承诺和道德行为等结果的影响。采用横断面技术收集了来自马来西亚半岛企业电信部门的139名员工的主要数据,这些员工经历了道德领导力的实施和实践。本研究采用偏最小二乘结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)进行数据分析。结果表明,决策是道德行为和组织承诺的重要预测因素。此外,强化是道德行为的重要预测因素,也是组织承诺的重要预测指标。
