摘要

目的观察改良小切口面部年轻化包扎方法的临床效果,探讨其适用范围。方法2019年3月至10月,对门诊12例患者行小切口面部年轻化手术,采用改进的包扎方法。结果12例患者行小切口面部年轻化手术后,面部组织松弛下垂明显改善,无并发症发生,无棉垫、绷带、弹力网套固定。结论改进后的包扎方式不影响患者的日常工作和生活,满足了患者的这一需求,对小切口面部年轻化手术有很好的促进作用。关键词:小切口;面部年轻化手术;改善;绷带;效果
