摘要

本研究的目的是确定由店内气氛和店外气氛组成的商店气氛对购买决策的影响,并找出由店内氛围和店外氛围组成的商店氛围对购买决策有主导影响。这种类型的研究是(描述性研究)采用定量方法,使用来自问卷调查对象的主要数据,即马朗的消费者Inggil Restaurant。抽样技术采用非概率抽样,样本量为100名受访者。使用多元线性回归分析对数据进行分析。根据研究和讨论的结果,可以得出结论:1)店内气氛和店外气氛对采购决策有显著的部分和同时影响;2)店内氛围对马朗英吉尔餐厅的采购决策有主导影响。
