摘要

近年来,随着科研设备的有效利用被视为实现研发成果最大化的前提条件,老化或过时的科研设备的更新换代问题变得越来越重要。本文的目的是利用从韩国公共研发机构收集的数据对研发设备的经济寿命进行实证评估。运用传统的工程经济概念,建立了系统的模型,根据科研设备的尺寸和使用目的,对科研设备的经济使用寿命进行了估算。最后,在此基础上提出了科研设备高效更新的政策方案。
