The empirical research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire, based on three methods: assessment of the psychological atmosphere in the team (according to A. F. Fiedler), determination of the index of group cohesion (K. E. Sishor), assessment of job satisfaction (V. A. Rozanova). 为了发展乌克兰铁路部门的企业文化,本文分析了《西南铁路》股份公司《乌克兰铁路》地区分公司的心理工作氛围的实证研究。实证研究以问卷的形式进行,基于三种方法:评估团队中的心理氛围(根据a.F.Fiedler)、确定团队凝聚力指数(K.E.Sishor)和评估工作满意度(V.a.Rozanova)。研究结果显示了所选单位员工(运输技术专家)对各种因素的工作满意度。
