This paper reports a case of a 60-year-old man who presented to the ENT clinic at King Hussein Medical Center in 2015 complaining of shortness of breath and stridor. Fibro optic endoscopic examination revealed a subglottic mass, microlaryngoscopy and biopsy with immunohistochemical staining revealed the diagnosis of malignant melanoma.
