摘要

根据当前医改对公立医院绩效考核的要求,上海市第十人民医院从医疗管理和财务角度,探索了以临床能力和成本控制为导向的绩效考核体系。从临床开发能力、关键疗效指标、临床路径、疾病实体结构、成本控制五个方面制定绩效考核方案,旨在突出三级医院的功能定位,改变医生的诊疗行为,引领临床改进,保持经济健康发展。关键词:医院,公共;临床能力;成本控制;绩效考核
