This is because of the author's interest in this theme. Multicultural education is still limited to the concept and theory alone, the author tries to be drawn in life and practice. This research uses qualitative approach with field study design (Field Research), which takes the object of SMA Negeri 1 Jombang East Java. In this study, researchers used the method of observation, interview and documentation to collect the required data. Data analysis is done by giving meaning to the data collected and from that meaning will be taken conclusion. The conclusions that can be drawn from this research are 1). The existing condition in urban high school in Jombang is very diverse. Such diversity includes the ethnic diversity, religion, social status and mindset. Schools give each individual the freedom to actualize according to what they want. 2) Multicultural religious education is an educational model that emphasizes moral values, such as compassion, one's love, help, tolerance, appreciate the diversity and nature of mutual respect for humanity. 3) The role of PAI teachers in applying the existing multicultural education has been in accordance with what is the purpose of multicultural education. 摘要
摘要本研究探讨了印尼东爪哇省Perkoataan Jombang高中学校存在的多样性、多元文化伊斯兰教育的概念,以及伊斯兰教育教师在应用多元文化教育中的作用。这是因为作者对这个主题很感兴趣。多元文化教育目前还仅仅局限于概念和理论,笔者试图在生活和实践中加以借鉴。本研究采用定性方法和实地研究设计(field research),研究对象为SMA Negeri 1 Jombang East Java。在本研究中,研究者采用观察法、访谈法和文献法来收集所需的数据。数据分析是通过赋予收集到的数据意义来完成的,并从该意义中得出结论。从本研究中可以得出的结论是:1)钟邦市城市高中的现状是非常多样化的。这种多样性包括民族多样性、宗教多样性、社会地位多样性和心态多样性。学校给予每个人实现自己愿望的自由。2)多元文化宗教教育是一种强调道德价值观的教育模式,如同情、爱、帮助、宽容、欣赏多样性和相互尊重人性的本质。(3) PAI教师在运用现有多元文化教育中的作用与多元文化教育的目的是一致的。它以学校的教学活动为基础。关键词:城市中学PAI教师
