The redox current peaks of CNPS reactions with blood component were also studied at different concentrations; scan rates, and pH. The stability and reliability of working electrode in blood media were investigation as well. Moreover, the diffusion coefficient values of redox peaks in blood medium was determined from Randles Sevick equation.
