Results reveal that the greater the concentration of flame retardant was,the greater weight gain percentage of the samples was, and the more serious leach was in the test, after the specimen was modified with the flame retardant.When weight gain percentage of the specimens is same, the greater the concentration of PF resin test solution was,better effect of the leachresistant will be obtained with the concentration of PF test solution increased.The PF resin with 25% concentration had the best effect to reduce the leach of N-P inorganic composite retards. 摘要

速生杨木经过阻燃强化处理后,面临药剂浸出问题,影响了阻燃剂的有效持久性,限制了其进一步利用。本文研究了高相对湿度条件下低分子酚醛(PF)树脂对氮磷(N-P)无机阻燃复合材料的固定作用。在实验中,重点研究了试件尺寸和质量的变化。结果表明:阻燃剂浓度越大,改性后试样增重率越大,浸出越严重;在试样增重率相同的情况下,PF树脂试验溶液浓度越大,随着PF试验溶液浓度的增加,抗浸出效果越好。25%浓度的PF树脂对N-P无机复合缓凝剂的浸出效果最好。通过以上对比分析可知,25%浓度的PF树脂对减少N-P无机复合缓凝剂的浸出效果最好。
