Genetic detection technology is the basis of PM. Cerebrovascular disease is a multifactorial disease, in which genetic factors play an important role in the pathogenesis. This paper intends to discuss the application of gene detection technology in the PM of cerebrovascular disease, including single gene genetic disease, genetic polymorphism, drug genetics research and precision treatment.
