A mathematical model of the dynamic system of a flexible screw conveyor has been established, and dynamic starting torques have been calculated at the rated load of loaded screw, and when the system is braking. Analysis of the results obtained shows that, with significant damping coefficients, the start-up transition process occurs smoothly, and the load reaches its rated value without torque and speed fluctuations. 摘要

摘要直线螺旋输送机在使用复杂的空间格局进行输送时,存在着一系列明显的缺点。本文提出了一种柔性螺杆分段工作体的设计方案,以提高螺杆输送机在散装农业物料运输中的功能和操作特性。建立了柔性螺旋输送机动力系统的数学模型,计算了负载螺杆额定载荷和系统制动时的动态启动力矩。分析结果表明,在阻尼系数较大的情况下,启动过渡过程平稳,负载达到额定值,无转矩和转速波动。已经确定,快速制动显著增加了可能超过电动机最大临界转矩的动载荷(平均增加50-70%)和额定负载转矩(增加2.5-3倍)。
