When the difference between the time periods in the EDTA group was examined, it was observed that there was a significant increase in deltaMPV values in each 30-minute time period. When the difference between the time periods in the citrate-based group was examined, there was a significant difference at the 30 th and 60 th minutes (p<0.001), however the difference disappeared at the second hour (p>0.05).
