摘要

在未预料到气道困难的情况下,当没有光纤支气管镜时,逆行插管可作为气道管理的替代程序。我们在此报告一例34岁54公斤男性舌侧缘癌患者使用逆行插管引导技术成功处理插管失败后意外气道困难的病例。插管失败后应优先考虑维持氧合和尽量减少气道创伤。如果在麻醉诱导前讨论了有效和适用的技术(根据麻醉师的技能和可用资源),则在插管失败后寻找替代技术的决定很容易。
