摘要

目的了解2019冠状病毒病(新冠肺炎)流行期间武汉市一线护士的悲伤咨询情况,方法采用基本信息问卷和悲伤咨询态度技能量表对225名一线护士进行调查。结果共收集到214份有效问卷,有效率为95.1%。护士悲伤咨询态度得分为32.80±9.41,其他悲伤咨询技能、沟通能力、是否接受过相关培训、与家属联系频率对护士的悲伤咨询态度有显著影响(P<0.05),悲伤咨询技能得分为19 2 4±4 10,处于中下悲伤咨询水平,家属联系频率、悲伤咨询培训、文化程度对护士悲伤咨询技能有显著影响(P<0.05)结论新冠肺炎疫情期间,武汉市护士对丧亲家属的悲伤咨询存在改进空间,建议成立悲伤咨询护理小组,建立长期、健全的培训体系
