Drawing on existing research and theoretical concepts, the article also discusses the prospects of applying the golden ratio rule to enhance effectiveness and fairness in jurisprudence. The author was inspired by the monograph \"The Golden Ratio and Evolution: An Introduction to the General Theory of Non-local Evolution\" by Kokin A. V. and Kokin A.
