Finally, the training transfer climate positively moderates this link.Originality/valueAlthough the link between training and continuous improvement is suspicious, there is scant research on post-training facilitators of continuous improvement applications. 摘要

目的:尽管培训对持续改进至关重要,但很少有文献研究培训后促进持续改进的因素。本研究旨在探讨训练与持续改善的关系、自我效能感的中介作用以及训练迁移气候的调节作用。本研究通过对455名越南员工的问卷调查,检验持续改进培训与持续改进之间的联系、培训迁移气候的调节作用和自我效能感的中介作用。研究结果表明,训练对持续改进有积极影响。此外,自我效能感充分介入了培训与持续改进之间的联系。最后,培训迁移气候正向调节这一联系。原创性/价值虽然培训和持续改进之间的联系是可疑的,但对持续改进应用的培训后促进因素的研究很少。据笔者所知,本研究是第一个探讨迁移气候在训练与持续改进关系中的调节作用和自我效能的中介作用的研究。
