摘要

目标。目的:测定禽分枝杆菌亚种。哥伦比亚奶牛群环境样本中的副结核(MAP)分子多样性。材料和方法。选取25头IS900-qPCR map阳性奶牛的环境样品,在含有mycoblin J的Herrold’s蛋黄培养基中重复培养,获得分离菌株。可疑菌落经MAPIS900-qPCR确认。采用分枝杆菌穿插重复单位-可变数目串联重复(MIRU-VNTR)和多位点短序列重复(MLSSR)技术对阳性DNA进行分型,分析分离株间的遗传差异。结果。MIRU-VNTR分型显示两种不同的基因型(INMV 2和INMV 36)。采用MLSSR技术,提高了玉米的抗氧化能力
