Results and discussions: Satisfaction of millennial tourist can be derived from 42.6% of hard measure and soft measure variable, while the remaining 57.4% of millennial tourists’ satisfaction variables can be derived by other variables not examined in this study. 摘要

目的:本研究旨在分析迪昂文化节的管理如何吸引游客,并考察迪昂文化节对千禧一代游客满意度的影响。研究方法:本研究采用描述性定量研究方法。调查问卷用于收集数据,采用多元线性回归分析进行分析。结果与讨论:千禧一代游客的满意度可由42.6%的硬测量变量和软测量变量得出,其余57.4%的千禧一代旅游者满意度可由本研究未检验的其他变量得出。结论:假设检验结果表明,迪昂文化节游客管理采用硬测量和软测量两种方法对千禧一代游客满意度有显著的正向影响。
