This was followed by antibiotic resistance case 45% or 1620 cases and intermediary antibiotic sensitive case (5% or 180 cases). 摘要本研究采用木糖-赖氨酸-脱氧胆酸选择性琼脂从亚洲河蚌中成功分离出沙门氏菌。从亚洲活蛤蜊中分离出200个菌落,并用纸片扩散法进行了抗菌敏感性试验。本研究共应用了18种抗生素,分别是氧吡啶酸、萘啶酸、红霉素、四环素、多西环素、夹竹桃霉素、土霉素、螺旋霉素、氨苄青霉素、卡那霉素、磷霉素、氟苯尼考、林可霉素、新生物素、氯霉素、阿莫西林、氟甲喹和磺胺甲恶唑。本研究结果表明,从C.fluminea样本中分离出的沙门氏菌对抗生素敏感的病例总数为50%或1800例。其次是抗生素耐药性病例(45%或1620例)和中间抗生素敏感病例(5%或180例)。根据本研究的结果,四环素、多西环素、土霉素和氟甲喹对分离的沙门氏菌表现出最高的抑制作用。多重抗生素耐药性(MAR)指数为0.36,表明采样的蛤蜊高度暴露于测试的抗生素。
