摘要

体外播种是兰花主要商业品种繁殖不可缺少的工具。本研究旨在分析在含有1 / 2常量营养素的Murashige & Skoog复合培养基中,茉莉酸在不同浓度下对绒斑霉体外发育的影响。培养180 d后,0.25和0.50 μL•L-1的浓度显著增加了根和叶的数量。当浓度为1.00 μL•L-1时,最长根和最大叶长、幼苗总长、总鲜质量和总干质量均达到最佳。然而,这种植物调节剂在离体培养基上的应用仍需要进一步研究,以确定最佳浓度,以便在不同兰花品种中获得理想的植物技术特性。
