An overall exergy efficiency of 18% was achieved, while the highest process irreversibilities contribution was due to the destroyed exergy with the waste in the threshing stage. 摘要

哥伦比亚的棕榈生产链有一些未满足的需求,影响了它们的竞争力。具体要求包括能源使用效率。因此,在本报告中,对双重粗棕榈和仁油生产过程进行了一次能源分析,以确定主要的能源汇,并提出技术改进建议,以便更好地利用能源。在本研究中,该过程最初在Aspen Plus®软件中进行了模拟,其中对所涉及的物种和溪流的化学和物理能进行了量化。计算了各阶段和全过程的过程不可逆性、耗能损失、浪费耗能和公用事业耗能。总体火用效率达到18%,而最高的过程不可逆性贡献是由于脱粒阶段的废物破坏了火用。为了提高棕榈油和仁油双重生产的全球能源效率,提出了利用棕榈轴获得生物燃料和/或高价值产品的评估。
