It is the 31st species of the genus Agrilus Curtis, 1825 recorded in the country. It was found in two locations in eastern (Białowieża Primeval Forest) and central Poland (Kampinos National Park). All data of the biology and economic significance of this species, based on the literature and our observations, are summarized.
