Critical Discourse Analysis using the socio-cognitive approach is used as an analytical tool which consists of three intersecting layers of analysis, namely text, context, and intertextuality analysis of 2013 curriculum documents. negotiation space between local interests and national interests and strengthening diversity in unity. These two dimensions are the empirical basis of the foundation of curriculum development.
