摘要在降低成本和实现双碳目标的双重要求下,降低石墨电极在钢包炉中的连续消耗更有意义。本文建立了电磁场、传热、流场的三维耦合模型,研究了埋置钢条对电极中电流、温度和石墨连续消耗的影响。石墨和钢条中的电流分别主要分布在靠近左侧电极的边缘区域。随着钢条半径的增加,通过钢条的电流占总电流的比例增加,每个温度范围的面积在500以上 K和电极的总连续消耗率降低。
