As for the first quantitative phase, a questionnaire was designed and applied to 205 participants whose results were analyzed through the statistical package SPSS. In the qualitative phase, 26 intentionally selected professionals were interviewed, by means of a semi-structured survey, whose results were analyzed by means of the Nvivo 10 software. Because of triangulation, it is concluded that in the professionals’ view there still remains the denial of discrimination, masking and / or concealment of conflicts and their own vision as a problem for the consolidation of democratic life.
