La resiliencia: nuevo abordaje del trauma

Este articulo pretende enfatizar en la importancia de la respuesta humana, debido a una tendencia del ser humano a interpretar los hechos de acuerdo a sus creencias y expectativas. Mas alla de focalizarse en las debilidades de las personas y concebirlas como victimas despues de una experiencia traumatica, existen otras formas de entender al individuo como un sujeto activo y fuerte con capacidad de resistir y rehacerse ante las adversidades. Summary This articulates it seeks to emphasize in the importance of the human answer, due to the human being tendency to interpret the facts according to their beliefs and expectations. But it must center in the weaknesses of people and to conceive them like you kill after a traumatic experience, other forms exist of understanding the individual like an active and strong fellow with capacity of to resist and to be re-done in the face of the setbacks.
