Hacia la búsqueda de una defi nición de las autoridades administrativas independientes en Francia

Since the end of the 1980s the authorities multiplied in France independent administrative authorities. They were created without guidelines or preset program. So statutes have diversified, each authority has its specificities. Since the beginning of the years 2000s, the legislator, as doctrine, have started a work of unification and homogenization of this category, of which the laws of January 20, 2017 represent the last stage. But despite those efforts, the category is still looking for its defi nition and unit.
