摘要

摘要研究了多种富碳固体催化剂对废煎炸油合成生物柴油的催化作用。研究结果表明,使用玉米秸秆活性炭可使生物柴油的产率提高7%。以木质纤维素残基为原料制备的多相碳基催化剂可以有效地提高生物柴油的性能。结果表明,生物柴油的相对密度(852-900 kg·m−3)和运动粘度(2.4-3.9 mm2·s−1)符合ASTM和欧洲生物柴油标准的标准限值,表明所生产的生物柴油作为柴油可以最大限度地减少发动机部件的严重损坏,延长发动机寿命。
